Upcoming Street Construction - Seagoville Section of Caldwell Lake

Please be advised that the Seagoville section of Caldwell Lakes will undergo street construction in the coming weeks. During this time, access to some driveways may be temporarily affected or blocked for approximately one to two days.

The contractor will provide direct communication to any homeowner whose driveway will be impacted before work begins in front of their property.

Once management receives a confirmed start date for the project, we will send out an additional notice to keep everyone updated.

Please note that this work applies only to the Seagoville section of Caldwell Lakes.
