Welcoming Warmer Days and a Fresh Season!

Spring has arrived, bringing longer days, blooming landscapes, and more opportunities to enjoy our beautiful community! As we move into this vibrant season, the HOA would like to share some friendly reminders to help maintain the safety, cleanliness, and charm of Caldwell Lakes.
Lawn Maintenance
Please ensure your lawn is regularly mowed, edged, and free of weeds and debris. Well-maintained yards keep our neighborhood looking clean, welcoming, and consistent with community standards.
Planning a Home Project? Submit an ACC Request First!
Thinking of making any changes to the exterior of your home—painting, fencing, landscaping, or structural modifications?
All exterior changes require prior approval from the Architectural Control Committee (ACC).
Be sure to submit your ACC application in advance to avoid delays or compliance issues.
Pet Waste Reminder
While walking your pets, please remember to clean up after them and dispose of waste properly. Pet waste left behind in common areas or on sidewalks affects the health and enjoyment of all residents.
Be a Respectful Neighbor
Let’s continue to be courteous to one another:
• Keep noise levels down, especially during early mornings and late evenings.
• Be mindful of outdoor gatherings or work that could disturb your neighbors.
• Park responsibly and avoid blocking driveways or mailboxes.
Spring Safety Tips
• Test and replace batteries in smoke and carbon monoxide detectors.
• Check outdoor lighting and replace any burnt-out bulbs.
• Keep an eye out for children playing outside, and please obey posted speed limits.
