Thank you for attending our annual meeting held on January 8th, 2025 . The Board wanted to follow up with some updates on several community items discussed:

• Trash Cans & Pet Station:
The Board of Directors is working diligently to have additional trash cans added and to secure a pet station contract by March 1.
• Local Law Enforcement Contact:

• Committee Sign-Up Sheets:
Please be on the lookout for committee sign-up sheets in the coming weeks—we are excited to get things started for 2025 and encourage your participation.
• Lasater Road Repairs:
We have reached out to the city regarding repairs for the potholes on Lasater Road. At this time, we do not have additional information, but we will keep you updated as we receive further details.
